Free Shipping applies only to Rental Club Members. Standard Members shipping fee is $5 with in US and International shipping is $25.
All movies are shipped within 2-3 businesses days of order (using USPS Priority shipping) if movie order and payment are received by 12 noon Monday thru Friday.
Full Refunds are given for movies that have not yet been shipped. Exchanges can only be made on faulty products, movies must be returned within 7 business days of receipt. Return defective products to the return address on your package along with a note explaining why the product is being returned. Exchanges may be sent via regular mail. A restocking fee applies only on returned movies.
