All movies are shipped within 2-3 businesses days of order if movie order and payment are received by 12 noon Monday thru Friday. Refunds are given for movies that have not yet been shipped. Exchanges can only be made on faulty products, movies must be returned within 7 business days of receipt. Return defective products to the return address on your package along with a note explaining why the product is being returned. Exchanges may be sent via regular mail. A restocking fee applies on all returned movies.
